Sink into: Sink into something 이렇게 쓰이면, something에 박히다, 빠지다의 의미인데 something 으로 자리 Seat가 왔으므로 자리에 깊숙히 앉다의 의미로 해석이 된다.

 

Dimmed out: 희미해지다, 어두어지다, 끄다 / Dim은 흐릿한, 어두운의 형용사이나 out과 함께 숙어적 표현으로 문맥상 끄다의 동사의 의미로 해석이된다.

이전에 왔던 사람들로부터 남겨져 있던 술집의 발라드

그들은 넌 더 원하게 될거야 라고 말하고

그래서 난 모든 문을 두드리지

bang: 쾅하고 치다의 의미인데 여기서는 두드리다의 의미로 해석이 된다. 문맥상 기회를 찾기위해 노력하다의 의미로 볼 수 있다.

돈이 부족할때

The dusty mic and neon glow are all I need

내가 필요한 건 먼지쌓인 마이크와 네온 불빛 뿐이야

Money is running low: 직역하면 돈이 낮게 달린다고 할 수 있으나, 숙어적인 표현으로 돈이 부족하다는 표현이다.

작은 마을의 아이가 따라 오겠지

그 노래가 아이가 계속 나아가게 하는 힘이 될꺼야
